David's approach involves listening to his clients, researching opportunities and developing tailored solutions that deliver what organizations need and value. He's skilled at working with firms of any size and engaging all levels of an organization to build and nurture long-term client relationships. All of David's consultancy is performed confidentially. 

Throughout David's successful A/E/C career, he has demonstrated an ability to recognize client and firm needs and build new services and markets that generate valuable expansion opportunities. Prior to establishing his consulting practice in 2014, David held several leadership positions at HOK, a global planning, design and architecture firm. He now focuses on working closely with design and construction firms, through counsel and coaching, on diverse, tailored assignments.
